Essay

Equations of the wind speed change and airflow direction behind the working rotor were taken out theoretically. That gives possibility to provide optimal control of wind-device blade pitch and wind azimuth orientation in order to rize the power output. The scheme of pitch optimum regulating and algoritm for wind speed calculation on the air speed behind the rotor plate were suggested. Comparison of theoretical and experimental research results shows that their divergence is less than 5%. It confirms their truthworthiness.
