Essay

In a thesis the comprehensive analysis of processes in a dynamic system of the machine tool is conducted, are detected main vibration activities of a system of the drive of principal driving. The methodology of improvement vibration and acoustic of performances of the machine tool is developed which is founded on use of modern information techniques of the analysis of equilibrium processes. The new technique of mathematical simulation vibration and acoustic processes in a dynamic system of the machine tool is developed. The technique consists of complex use of two heterogeneous mathematical models: empirical and theoretical. The experimentally defined spectra of vibrations are circumscribed by nonlinear dependence, which powers up an interdependent array of factors defined on a special technique and being a basis for construction of an empirical mathematical model of the machine tool. The main sources of vibration activity are defined. Improved constructions of the drive of a lathe and complex of the r ecommendations on lowering vibration and acoustic activity are offered for use.
