The object of study: The status of vitamin В2 under different conditions of organism of rats and mouses.The aim of study: reveal the form of vitamin В2, which, in-teracting with vitamins of group В in composition differ-ent polyvitamin complexes, most effectively raises the contents FAD and other forms of flavins in rats organ-isms with disturbs of metabolism and different age, and define the possibility of correction such polyvitamin complexes of row В2 - hypovitaminosises, in accordance with these disturbs. Methods and equipment: Bio-chemical (the estimation of contents of different forms flavins coenzimes and activities of connected with them enzimes in organs and tissues rats and mouses), statistical (processing of results by methods of biological statistics), fluorimeter, spectrophotometer. Theoretical and practi-cal results, newness: It was established that and essen-tially didn't differ in the FAD accumulating effect. In-crease maximum of FAD was on the 4-th hour after in-jections. Vitamin compl ex "Penta+B6" increased the FAD level of most effectively then other complexes and FMN in rat organisms. It is shown efficiency of use vita-min complexes of different composition, separately and with other materials, for correcting of hyporiboflavino-sises in rats, which were appeared at action of antyvita-mins, different variants of irradiation, hypoxia, ontogene-sis. The sphere of application: biochemistry, drug sub-stance, vitaminology.
