The problems of the construction of an information-measuring system for ophtalmology, based on the analysis of electroretinograms, are considered. An mathemftical model of a electroretinogram as a linear random process is constructed. New diagnostic features are proposed. The criteria of Neumann-Pearson and Bujes are used for solving of problems. Dummies of an information-measuring diagnostic system are developed and constructed. An estimate of the accurasy of an information-measuring system is obtained, and a methods of are proposed the minimisation of their influence. A region of applying is a medical diagnostics.
