Essay

The work is dedicated to researching of cardiovascular system status and vegetative homeostasis at children with acute glomerulonephritis of age 3-14. On grounds of deep analysis of clinical and instrument methods diagnostics results it has been ascertained that children with acute glomerulonephritis, regardless of their main syndrom, develop disorders of cardiovascular system function and system of it is regulation, that have an influens on general status and kidney function and can cause a lingering course or chronic course of desease. 43% pationts develop pathologic hipokinetic variant of hemodynamics, that is characterized by disorder of pump function of myocardium and increase of systemic vascular resistanse. It has bee ascertained that various syndroms of disease have different correlations of indicators of cardiovascular system, vegetative homeostasis and kidney function, that defines state and purposefulness of adaptation mechanisms. It has been proved that taking of mildronat into complex trea tment of children with acute glomeruionephitis is effective. Mildronat also has a positive influence on vegetative homeostasis.
