Object of research: the operativity and life of the front suspension of ZAZ 13061 automobile. Aim of research: the promotion of operativity of the first class lorry ZAZ 13061 by perfecting the absorber of A-pillar. Methods of research: theoretical research is performed with usage of the regulations of theory of oscillations and deterioration. The road tests were performed in real conditions with automobile motion on roads with different pavement with the processing of tenzome tering data with the usage of mathematic statistics methods and probabilities theory, the life tests of shock absorbers were performed on specialized stand with usage of active experiment methodics. Equipment: stands for shock absorbers tests, line motion sensors, oscillograph, tenzometrical amplifier, computer technics. Theoretical and practical results: are the perfection of construction and the implementation of selective assembly of A-pillar shock absorber of light-sized agricultural lorry ZAZ 13061. Instead of passive pol yurethane one, active hydraulic response cushion was implemented, that greatly increased the quality of automobile chassis while the operation in hard road conditions. The selective assembly of upgraded shock absorbers and the computer system for forecasting of operating exponents of ZAZ 13061 automobile A-pillars are implemented and have passed the tests on enterprises, what is confirmed by corresponding acts. Novelty of implemented: the first time with the usage of inner friction theory of non-lined differential equations and inner fluid friction theory, the model of functioning of ZAZ 13061 A-pillar, considering dissipative and elastic characteristics of the response cushion; based on the theory of dry friction and on the theory of imitating modelling the model of shock absorbers' life was obtained for the first time. Level of implementation: ZAO SP"AutoZAZ-Daewoo", KrymAuto-ZAZ-service, The Melitopol plant "AutoHydro Agregat", ZAO PKF "Universal" (Melitopol city). Sphere of usage: automobile transport.
