Essay

The aim of this investigation is the study of kinetic aspects of eosin Y action on the ATP hydrolisis reaction catalyzed by highly purified transport Са2+,Mg2+-АТРase from myometrial cell plasma membrane. Applied methods: preparative biochemistry, membranology, biochemistry kinetic. It has been shown that effect eosin Y on the kinetic parametrs is various and depends on physico-chemical factors of the incubation medium. It has been established the eosin Y concentrations, recomended for determination of parcial contribution of Са2+-pump and Nа+-Са2+ exchanger in transsarcolemmal Са2+ exchange in smooth muscles. Field of application: sientific institutes of biological and biochemical type.
