The dissertation is dedicate, to the problem of the development re-structuring in textile industry by sys-tem of indexes and methodical peculiarities. The sys-tem of parameters of efficiency of re-structuring, it's security and insurance is developed, the priority di-rections of development of investment activity of tex-tile manufacture are determined. The practical rec-ommendations for account of quantitative parameters of re-structuring are given: the sums of means for it's realization, definition of structure of the property and outputs with the purposes of minimization of costs, size of the maximal deductions from the profit, re-ceived at it.
