Analysis of dynamics of electrical parameters of Hydra ectoderm cells the influence of heavy metals cations was carried out. Electrophysiological confirmation of presence of GABA and glutamate receptor on the postsynaptic membrane of epithelial-muscle cells of Hydra oligactis P. Ectoderm was achieved. The GABA receptors participate in the inhibition of electrical activity, while AMPA and NMDA - in excitation processes.
