Object of research: The improvement of the object of the class of multizone passing technological units (MPTU) by the automation of the technological process of the getting of the useful product was made. Methods of research: the adaptive control system of MPTU was developed for achievement of maximum level of KUA. The theory of automatic control was used. The models of MPTU, the structure of the adaptive control system and the example of the adaptive control system were developed. The new method of functionality of the adaptive control system of MPTU was proposed. The development was implemented in the "Extruder", "Engineering group TFQ", teaching process of the National Technical University "KhPI". The production of the MPTU.
