. Dissertation is dedicated to research and development of interfacial tension control methods at the boundary of contact of two insoluble in each other fluids of different densities. Interfacial tension control method of application, which eliminates influencing of the optical coefficient of magnification on testing results at the process of rotating drop geometrical sizes measurement, is suggested. Mathematical description of the lighter fluid with a tube and other heavier fluid rotating process has been conducted, and method of rotating drop parameters calculating has been developed, these results are used for the development of interfacial tension control method. The analysis of hydrostatic equal balance of the system, that consists of the rotating tube and two insoluble in each other fluids of different densities is accomplished. The device for interfacial tension control of fluids has been developed, metrological analyses of famous and developed interfacial tension control methods of application by the method of rotating drop and of developed device are conducted.
