Drob O. Forming of merchandise strategy at an industrial enterprise.

Urgent scientific problem of basing of rational product strategy at an industrial enterprise under market conditions is solved in the Dissertation. Integral methods of forming of product strategy at an industrial plant, which are founded on system analytic approach, have been worked out. System analytic approach allows forming conceptual part and determinate part of product strategy and provides co-ordination between strategic directions of product assortment development and specific production orders. Thesis' results have been put into practice when working out the product strategy at OJSC "Nikopol Pivdennotrubny Works", Trubostal R&P Corp. Ltd., CJSC "Trubolit".
