Object: common Ukrainian - Belgian enterprise "Vatra-Schreder". Aim: the substantiation scientific - applied of recommendations for formation of anticrisis strategy to management, optimum model of management and effective activity of the enterprise. Results: the information model of organizational policy of the enterprise on an exit from crisis is developed, the methodical approaches to optimization of anticrisis strategy with allowance for of recommendations of strategic management are justified.
