Essay

The production technological complex of reciprocation machines with low vibroacoustical activity. Working out of the automated control system of production technological complex of reciprocating machines, which ground on scientific based methods and algorithm of non-steady processes analysis and guaranteeing level of product vibroacoustical activity. The methods of situation control, theory of production accuracy, probability theory, machine and mechanism theory, time-frequency analysis, correlation and spectral analysis. Scientific results: 1)the new method of reciprocation machines elements vibroacoustical activity estimations; 2)the piston compressor dynamic mathematical model; 3)shown, that the results of final vibroacoustical control can be efficiently used for control of the reciprocation machines production technological complex; 4)the structure of automated control system of reciprocation machines production technological complex . Practical results: the new informational marks about technical condition of piston compressor; the policy of piston compressor elements vibroacoustical activity estimations; make out the automated control system of piston compressors production technological complex; the new tool for the automated fixation time-frequency representations of vibroprocesses and reciprocation machines work cycle. The field of application is automated control systems of reciprocation machines production technological complex, control and diagnostic systems of reciprocation machines (machine-building branch).
