Dissertation work is devoted to the problem of a theoretical substantiiation and development of methodical basis of economic incentives of firm in treatment of with rigid waste. On the basis of system anaiysis the original approach to the definition of sources of rigid waste origin when operation of industrial and economic entities is develohed. On the base of world experience in a solution of problem of rigid waste the series of economic methods and appropriate toolkit ensuring a raise of economic interest of firm of Syrian Arabian Republic in introduction of low-wasted technologies and techniques of work in their industrial and activity, in use of rigid waste as second raw material for deriving additional finished products are developed.
