In the dissertation the problems of the increasing of the effectiveness of the activity of the industrial enterprises on the base of the improving and development of the methods of forecasting and strategical planning of their marketing activity in the conditions of the lacking of the initial data re discussed.On the base of the marketing philosophy the possibility of using the known methods of forecasting in the conditions of the Ukrainian economics is analyzed.It is stated that classical forecasting methods don’t work in the specific conditions of Ukrainian economy. It is happening because Ukrainian enterprises don’t have long enough statistical histories.So in the specific Ukrainian circumstances it is proposed to use the method of fuzzy forecasting on the base of the small set of data in conjunction with expert system.
