Object of research - process of optimization of normal condition of complex dynamic systems; methods of researches - methods of the theory of similarity and mathematical modeling, numerical methods of the decision of systems of the linear and nonlinear equations, variational calculation, theory of electrical systems; theoretical and practical results - in development of computing methods and algorithms of modeling of optimum condition of dynamic systems for operative management by them, which allow to reduce discrepancy between the current and optimum condition and, as a consequence to reduce of power and material losses; in development Criterion of models, that allow to estimate a global minimum by power criterion and to construct strategy ofapproximation to it; The novelty of introduction - level of introduction of results is sufficient due to their use by Southwest electropower system of Ukraine, National power association of Syria and in educational process on faculties of electromechanical system s of automation both electrical stations and systems of Vinnitsa state technical university.
