Vasyl'yev O. Synthesis of a control system control-auditing working in large industrial region

Object of research: processes of organization, planning and analysis of CAE's functioning in large industrial region. Purpose of research: increasing of the management system of CAE's functional activity under conditions of transitional economy of Ukraine. Methods of research: system analysis, economic and mathematical modeling, decision-making. Results: conception of CAE's functioning organization in large industrial region, based on controlling's ideas, reengineering and modern informational techniques; on basis of the conception complex of mechanisms of the management system of regional CAE based on the use of economic and mathematical models allowing to decreasing and forestall governmental expenditures; complex of computerized mechanisms for auditing based on logically and semantically related documents, allowing to shorten the auditing period is suggested; the structure of information support system of CAE's functioning based on the use of modern informational technology, providing technologic ch aracter of audit's information and supporting normative, law and supplemental information, remote access by Internet to Virtual CAE. Novelty: conception of regional CAE functioning in large industrial region, which have no analogs; model, reflecting periods of functioning and time-costs distribution in controlling-auditing process; mechanisms of rational load of controllers-auditors in current planning period.
