Object of research - process of vibrational mixing; the purpose of researches - design of vibrational drive for new processing industry mixer; methods of testing and instrumentation - theoretical and experimental methods of research, LaGrange methods, fluctuations theory methods, electronically-tensometrical research methods, PC; idealized and practical outcomes - the value of vibrational speed which have minimal waste of summary energy in vibratiional mixer for vibrodrive and mixing shaft is determined first, the range of new vibrational mixer constructions are proposed, which provides oscillating container movement and rotating movement of the mixing shaft from single drive, mathematical model of dynamics of vibrodrive system of the mixer with debalance vibrodrive and vibrational pendulum motion converter as a drive of mixing shaft movement is designed, experimentally proved that the use of designed energy saving drive provides reducing of energy waste on 80-85% in comparison to vibratrional mixer wi th separated drive of mixing shaft; the novelty - confirmed by publications priority, the novelty of outcomes which are established by experts and demonstrate matching with the confirming clones; a degree of an intrusion - within the limits of branch; an orb (branch) of an intrusion - processing manufacturing.
