Mynka A. Management of Entrepreneurial Risk in Agribusiness

Object of research: entrepreneur activity of the agrarian enterprises of Ukraine. The purpose of research: the substantiation of the system approach to management of entrepreneur risk in agribusiness and determination of ways of improvement of the risky decision makings in agrarian business. Methods of research: abstract-logic, monographic, econometric, system, historic-evolution, analysis and synthesis, observation and comparison, modeling. Theoretical and practical results: the directions of formation and improvement of the of risk-management system in agrarian entrepreneur has been based. Scientific novelty: the definition "entrepreneur risk" has been specified; the factors, source of enterprise risk has been systematized , the base scheme of its typology in agribusiness has been created; the essence and requirements to system of risk - management has been grounded; it has been proved, that the integrated estimation of entrepreneur risk is reliable only in concrete situation and depends on the subje ctive factors; the methodology and algorithm of an estimation of entrepreneur risk has been improved; the influence of market institutes and business - planning on the optimization of entrepreneur risk has been based, own conceptual approaches to creation of adaptive to risk of entrepreneur environment has been proposed. Degree of implementation: the results of research considered and recommended to implementation for the Ministry of agrarian policy of Ukraine, methodical approaches to management of risk are used in practical work of Mironivsky regional department of agriculture and food of Kiev oblast, board of Rovno Bank "Ukraine", farm "Risk" of Kiev oblast. Sphere of use: agro-industrial complex of Ukraine.
