Object of research - process vibration-pressing molding of a sand mix; the purpose of researches - design of new vibration-pressing molding machine hydropulsing drive with amplate technological parameters, which one is fully provides optimum physical-mechanical parameters of the packed foundry form; methods of testing and instrumentation - mathematical models, computer, real sample of the hydropulsing drive, strain gages; idealized and practical outcomes - the new vibration-pressing molding machine hydropulsing drive is designed, new built dynamic and mathematical model of impact operational mode of the drive, which one allow for influencing on technological parameters of the machine of numerous impacts of mobile parts VPMM in a burn-time, the technique of design calculation of the new vibration-pressing molding machine hydropulsing drive on given technological parameters of process of seal of the foundry forms is designed scientifically - is justified; the novelty - confirms by the priority publicatio ns, the novelty of outcomes which one is established by the experts and demonstrate matching with the confirming clones; a degree of an intrusion - within the limits of branch; an orb (branch) of an intrusion - storage prodaction.
