3.The object - phenomenon of influence combined carbonic (рСО2 and НСО3-) hypobiosis on a condition of energy processes, techno-logical suitability and fertility ability of bovine spermatozoa. The purpose- study of complex influence of рСО2 and НСО3- on parame-ters of energy processes in bovine spermatozoa, their technological suitability and fertility ability. The methods - colorimetric, spectral, potentiometric method of definition рН, method of an estimation of semen quality The results - it is established, that the combined car-bonic hypobiosis lowers intensity of fructolysis that confirms the change of concentration of fructose, lactate and pyruvate in plasma of sperm and spermatozoa. Combined carbonic hypobiosis causes the change of an intensity and orientation of reactions of Krebs' cycle, that confirms the change of a concentration citrate, a-ketoglutarate, malate and oxaloacetate in spermatozoa. The storage of bovine sperm in a condition of the combined carbonic hypobiosis considerably in-cre ases it's technological suitability and fertility ability, in comparison with the standard method, which is recommended the appropriate instruction. The new introduction - opportunity of a storage of bovine spermatozoa in a condition of combined carbonic hypobiosis for the first time is shown. The degree of introduction - it's prepared for in-troduction. The sphere of using - veterinary medicine, animal hus-bandry, artificial insemination of animals, biochemistry.
