The thesis is devoted to building of groups with limited normalibility for nonmetacyclic subgroups study. The whole description of local graduated minimal nondispersive groups with normal nonmetacyclic subgroups, and local graduated nondispersive groups of the same kind is obtained. The constructive description of dispersive nonnilpotential local graduated groups with nonoversolving Shmidt's groups, in which normal nonmetacyclic subgroups are normal; periodical nonnilpotential local graduated groups with oversolving Shmidt's groups of the same kind and infinite groups of th same type is given.
