3. The purpose- study the indexes of specific and nonspecific resistance of calves after excessive single and long period of time intake of nitrates and evaluate effect on these parameters electromagnetic irradiation of animals by waves mm diapason after single intake exces-sive amount of nitrates. Object - calves, black - motley breed. Methods - heamatological, immunobiological and biochemical. Results - after a acute nitratepoisoning decrease quantityamount Т- and B- lymphocytes subpopulations Т- lymphocytes helpers, activity and intensity phagocyto-sis, the increase of functional properties neutrophyl granulocytos in the NBT-test is established; at chronic nitrate a poisoning the quantity Т- and B - lymphocytes, subpopulations Т- lymphocytes suppressors, parameters of phagocytosis is reduced. The application of an electromagnetic irradiation of animals by waves mm diapason promoted fast restoration of quantity Т- and B - lymphocytes, Т- lymphocytes helpers, parameters of phagocytosis, and also preve nted decrease of a level albumins in blood after acute nitrate poisoning. The novelty of researches consists of study of features of changes of the factors resistance of organism calves after excessive single and long loading oraganism of animals nitrates; positive influence of an electromagnetic irradiation calves organism by waves mm diapason on resistance parameters after single intake excessive amount of nitrates for the first time is proved. The results of researches are introduced into educational process. The sphere of use - veterinary medicine, pathological physiol-ogy, toxicology.
