The work explains the theoretical essence and specificity of tourists enterprise competitiveness, their competitive advantages are definiteThe main internal and external factors of influent on tourists enterprises' competitiveness was researched on internal and external market. . Intensity of competition was analysed on different segments of tourist market. The methods of evaluation competitiveness of tourists' enterprises, its merits and demerits was defined with simultaneous elucidation of condition using the groups of methods during elaborating definite tips of strategic behavior of the subject on the market. Recommendations on modeling of base competitive strategies in definite conjuncture's conditions. Methodological approaches to evaluation of tourists enterprises and its parts - tourists products and personal are elaborated.
