Essay

The object of study - liver and kidney of rats. The aim of study is elucidated of mechanisms of cobalt chloride and mercury chloride action on lipid peroxidation, thiol system and glutatihion depend enzymes activity; research of prevention possibility or limitation of toxic action СoCl2 by preliminary administration ofglutatihion and investigation enhances lipoperoxidation of propranolol. Methods - biochemical: determination of enzyme activity, differential spectrophotometry, differential centrifugation, and determination of protein content. Is shown that CoCl2 influence on the glutatihionperoxidase - glutatihion-reductase activity and HgCl2 - glutatihion-S-transferase in celles. Discovery that activation of free-radicfl oxidation is accompanied by changes in thiol system. Field of application - scientific institutions of a medicobiological profile, because the results of research can be utilised in basic researches for development of models and approaches of prophylaxis of poisons of salts of heavy me tals; in educational process on pharmacology and biological chemistry.
