Essay

The dissertation is developed to the issues of the perfection of the processes of dynamic aging of castings by developmening new methods for realiability improvement of castings and power consumption decreasing. The optimal parameters of dynamic ageing for wide spectrum of castings have been investigated and ascertained. New methods of outomatic regulating processes of vibrating loading are presented. It is shown the principal possibility of obtaing castings with low residual stresses due to controlling optimum dynanmic parameters.
