Fan V. Annual runoff of Western part of Ukrainian Polissya under life conditions influence

Annual run-off of Western part of Ukrainian Polissya. Calculation of rivers annual run-off in natural, violated by water distribution system conditions, and also at change of global climate on the basis of method of multi-measured statistic analysis and water-thermal balance. For the first time it was suggested the method of calculation of natural water resources under modern conditions and according to the script of global getting warmer. The method can be used at creation of optimal schemes of placing and development of productive forces of the region because of water resources potentials and the necessity of regulation of water distribution activity depending on the change of climate conditions. It is recommended for use by subdivisions of state water economy of Ukraine and for the services of environment protection.
