Essay

Thesis is dedicated to the question of elaboration of sintered welding flux for the surfacing of cylindrical details and for the original surfacing method as well. A new method of welding in the flux stream has been invented and proved that arc burns under the air and flux mixture. Defense of weld pool is done by expenses separate parts of flux and carbon oxidation. The main result of research is the industrial application in building up area of worn cylindrical details.
