Essay

295 patients with unstable damages of proximal department of bones of a forearm is conducted. The purpose - to improve anatomical and functional outcomes of treatment patients with unstable fractures that by dislocation-fractures of proximal department of bones of a forearm on the basis of mining new and upgraded of existing methods of treatment of damages of this localization. Methods - clinical, X-ray, statistical. On the basis of designed system of criteria of an estimation of outcomes of treatment was established, That usage of new and improved devices and methods of a stable-functional osteosynthesis, and also methodical approaches to their application allows to reduce terms of fixed treatment and temporary incapacities for work, to receive positive takes for 82,5% patients, and that to improve outcomes of treatment of this heavy pathology of ulnar joint.
