Essay

The thesis is devoted to complex investigations dircted to the development of technology and equipment for deep utilization of the heat of exhaust gases of gas-fired boilers with using surface heat-exchangers with transversely ribbed pipes. We obtained experimental data on heat transfer, proposed an engineering method of prediction, developed the constructions of heat exchaners and neutralizers of the formed condensate, grounded measures for rust protection of heat exchaners and channels for exhaust gases, and carried out an economic and ecological assessment of heat utilization.
