Essay

Object of research: processes of the formation of production policy in marketing management system of PES. Purpose of research: development of complex of economic and mathematical models of flexible production policy formation. Methods of research: economic and mathematical modelling, efficiency estimation of enterprise's productive and economical activity. Results: conceptual model of organisational structure of PES' marketing management structure is suggested; models of processes of new product development and modification optimisation is built; dynamical model of PES' production nomenclature is created; the model of commercial and procurement activity is developed. Novelty: conceptual model of organisational structure of PES' marketing management structure, allowing to raise the efficiency and the flexibility of its functioning; complex of economic and mathematical models of optimisation of flexible production policy formation processes. Field of use: enterprise level.
