The work presents ascertaining a clinical and morphofunclional stale of the upper part of the alimentary tract in children with primary glomeruloncphrilis by means of gastroduodcnoscopy, a basal parietal endoscopic pH-metry. hystomorphological study of mucous membrane of gastric anlrum and by conducting of an urease test. The assessment revealed the severity of gastroduodenal region damage to depend on a phase of the main disease, functional faculty of kidneys, pathogenic therapy, availability of Helicobacter pylori and don't depend on a clinical version of glomerulonephritis. The results of the investigations enabled to improve treating primary glomerulonephritis and impairments of the alimentary tract in children with applying "Phosphalugel" and "Smecta". The results of the dissertation have found an utility in the work of pediatricians, nephrologists and gasroenterologists.
