Essay

The thesis is devoted to creation of radio frequency monitoring information calculation system (ISRM) for estimating of an intersystem electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) of the large number of the stationary and mobile radioelectronic means (REM), operating in VHF and UHF bands. The core is the pro-gram of EMC REM, estimation involving a data base of tactical-technical characteristics (TPC) REM and radio channel functional models library. Experimental investigations are planned, organ-ized and carried out as a result of which some functional models of the radio channel component are specified . The effective meth-ods and algorithm of the EMC are developed analysis within the framework of ISRM creation , servicing the region where some tens thousand of REM function . The methods allow stage to shorten sequentially the quantity of the analysed REM. EMC both by pairs REM, and their totality are analyzed. The composition of the TP REM data base , being the input data of the ISRM opera-tion is d efined. The output data of the EMC analysis system op-eration in the interactions table. The system operation speed esti-mation data are presented.
