. The thesis is dedicated to the problem of Ukrainian - German relations in 1917 - 1922 and is conserned with Ukrainian - German links premises at the end of World War I. In the present paper we have analyzed the relations peculiarities of German and Tsentralnaya Rada Governments, Getman Skoropadsky's Ukrainian State, Ukrainian National Republic Directorias, and we have also considered the German politics influence upon Ukrainian Govereigny establishment and development.
