There are investigated groups with normal infinite non-cyclic subgroups and groups in which non-cyclic, infinite or infinite non-cyclic subgroups are normal when they don't belong to some proper subgroup of the investigating group. It's full described these groups with locally soluble property in periodic case and locally almost soluble property in non-periodic case.
