Flutter transducers are researched the operation of which is based on interaction of a flexible wing with air flow, the mathematical models of such transducers are developed, operation of the flutter transducers without load and under load are analysed, the methodology of determining the main transducers characteristics is represented and their relation upon design parameters is researched, destruction defence of flutter transducers is offered.
