Essay

Object of research - process of measurement of the optical characteristics with IMS for non-invasive spectrophotometric of biotissue; subject of research-optical and metrological characteristics of the primary converter IMS spectrophotometrical and spectral reflection's laws of biofabrics radiation; method of research - theory of fuzzy sets, mathematical statistics and method of optics light reflection; purpose of research-application of spectrophotometrical method and integrative resonator as primary converter of IMS for non-invasive diagnostics of biofabrics, and also improvement of the IMS characteristics and study of spectral laws of surface pathologies with its help. Theoretical and practical results-the mathematical model of transformation optical informative signal in the spherical primary converter as a basic element of a measuring channel IMS by Teylor is advanced, that has enabled to take into account shadow effects in the photometric head, to optimize its optical-geometrical and power ch aracteristics for the solution of particular diagnostic problems and to reduce an error of measurements spectrophotometric parameters of biofabrics up to 5 %; analytical relations for assessment metrological characteristics of developed IMS for the first time are received, that has enabled to optimize the process of measurement spectrophotometrical parameters of biofabrics behind response and necessary accuracy. Practical value: Realized and entered spectrophotometrical method of non-invasive measurement of the optical characteristics of biofatissue surface with use of advantages on sensitivity integrative resonator, which permits it to apply to diagnostic problems in medicine, and also to determine term of biofabrics deposition for injured biofabrics in court-medical expertize; the developed techniques of designing spectrophotometrical IMS, and also technique of measurement of optical parameters of biotessue; a series of equations is received which permit flexiblly to decide practical problems of effecti ve designing and designing of such measuring converters. A degree of introduction - in borders of the field; field - court-medical examination, expert-criminal centres.
