Object of the research - the process of the "rough" - "exact" halftone image processing and computing methods of pattern recognition; subject of the research is methods and models used in the process of the "rough" - "exact" halftone image processing and in the computer system of pattern recognition; methods of the research - methods of mathematical analysis, mathematical logics and algorithm theory for the creation of mathematical model for the system of compact image representation; aim of the research is to increase the speed of correlative comparison of images on the base of their compact representation for the tasks of image recognition; theoretical and practical results of the research are new approaches for creation of simple computing methods of preparation and compact representation of images for a quick and good pattern recognition; the degree of the application of the achievements is laid in the corresponding area; the area of usage - human-machine systems of pattern recognition.
