Object of research: working process of hydrodynamic cleaners (HC) when the suction partition is available. The purpose of research: justification of the ways of intensifying the working process of HC of motor oils and elaboration on their basis of small-dimensional cleaners for application in internal combustion engines. Methods of researches: experimental and computational. Main results: the conditions assuring the constant fineness of cleaning along the length as well as the conditions assuring the self-generation of the filter element and stability of flow are determined; the new design schemes of cleaners are developed. Area of usage: systems of liquid cleaning.
