Essay

Object - systems and elements of fire-prevention protection of objects. Goal - improvement of fire safety efficiency of the city. Methods - system analysis, mathematical model, geometric planning. Theoretical and practical results - an optimization method for placing fire stations was worked out; automatized system of determination of rational parameters for placing and recommendation for their introduction. Novelty - a standardized fire protection mathematical model for the main design problem new district fire safety system was developed; special features of optimization problem for placing objects which take into account different fire safety efficiency of regional objects, its building density, investment cost of plots, geometric condition non-crossing fire station zones with restricted areas and conditions for their placing in the region were studied. Adoption - method, models and optimization algorithm were adopted in the Institute (Kharkovproject( when design fire stations in regions of Nor th Saltovka and Alexeevsky region of Kharkov( they are used in educational process in Academy of fire safety of Ukraine and in Kharkov State technical University of Construction and Architecture. Sphere - special services( fire service, gas service, assistance, water supply, urban electric transport.
