Essay

It was characterized using lithological and mineralogical peculiarities of Upper Pleistocene and Holocene sediments. Lithological maps of novoevksinsky and chernomorsky sediments of some areas of the shelf have been designed including of schlich assayingdata. Two types of placer deposit formation on the shelf is marked out: with concentration of titanium and zirconium minerals, and with fine gold accumulation. Depth see level favorable for formation of each types of placer deposits have been discovered.
