Thesis is devoted to problems of mining of new models and methods of operating control by modes of regional electrical power systems (EPS) at random character of load. On the basis of the conducted systems analysis of state of the art regional EPS, as object of research and the problems of minimization of power losses at operative - supervision regional EPS in thesis are developed mathematical models and methods of optimum operating control by modes regional EPS at random character of load, the application which one will allow to reduce actual power losses in EPS and, therefore, to increase efficiency of operation regional EPS.
