Sakalova G. The working out the ecologically safe technologie of the ashing of raw skin

The results of complex theoretical and experimental researches, connected with the influence of the components of ash liquid on the change of the primary structure of the skin are shown in this work. The dependence of changes in the structure of skin, the qualities of the received half-finished product from the conditions of interactions of skin with alkali components is found out. It is found out that the creation of the self-regulating ash system in the case of ashing by hydroxide of sodium allows to avoid the loosening of the structure of skin of denolimerizing influence of alkali on kolagen. The technological schemes of ashing with using of hydroxide of sodium and kaolin are worked out.
