While rats. The research explores the features of the histories nuclear endogenous proteolysis and the dynamics of the MDA contents in chromatin of cell nuclei in liver and tumor as well as the influence of these parameters on the activity of chromatin by means of the inclusion of the radioactive precursors in RNA and proteins of liver and tumor in rats-carriers of Heren's carcinoma during the development of tumor-disease and under the action of POL modulators. As a result of the study it is established that the growth of the transplanted Heren's carcinoma in rats occurs on the background of decrease in histone-specific activity in cell nuclei of liver and tumor and does not result in the change of the specificity of hydrolysis of separate fractions of these tissues. I is revealed that there is a feedback between the MDA contents in chromatin of both Heren's carcinoma cells and liver cells in rats and the intensity of endogenous nuclear proteolysis of histones of these tissues. Area of application: bi ochemistry, medicine.
