Essay

New technological effect of leafy tops stripping and deplanative destroing of relations and separation of soil from the roots were grounded on the basis of a deep investigation of the "leafy tops-root-soil" system's agrophysical and mechanical properties. More effective means of extracting leafy tops crown and roots lifting with minimum of soil were grounded. New types of working parts: rotating toroid final cleaner with vertical rotating axes and changeable springiness of the working blades; oscillating antiphase and rotating share lifters of enhanced technological effectiveness were synthesized. Grounded constructions of the heads' final cleaners and lifters permit to decrease raw contamination with leaves and soil in 1,5-2 times, to reduce the number of cleaning devices and to low down energy- and material consumption of beet-harvesters for 20-25%.
