State of health of children from fathers-liquidators of Chernobyl disaster . For the liquidators' descendants it is typical to ehxibit high level of pathological lesions, aptitude to early manifestation and chronical course of pathological processes in digestive system, decompensation of chronical rhinopharyngeal foci, imperfection of immune protection mechanisms formation. High frequency of congenital and hereditary pathology, the children phenotype peculiarities, cytogenetic markers of genome instability do not exclude the possibility of transgenerative effects of ionizing radiation together with unfavourable environmental factors. The necessity for differentiated approach to rehabilitation of the children is grounded as well as for further complex (clinical, immunologic, cytogenetic) monitoring with the aim of prevention of multifactorial pathology development and adequate socialization during the next stages of ontogenesis.
