. The object - entomopatogenic bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis in formation of stabl agroecosystems. The purpose- on the base of high-effective and technological strains entomopatogenic bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis there was created a technology for labiratory getting of biopreparation. Study role of entomopatogenic bacteria Bacillus thuringiensis in formation of stabl agroecosystems. The results -There were 5 entomopathogenic crystall-bearing strains marked out from natural populations of the South of Ukraine with 79 - 100% effectiveness towards to maggots of colorado beetle (Lepti-notarsa decemlineata L.) On the base of morphological, physiological and biochemical properties the strains were identified as Bacillus thuringiensis var. thuringiensis. On the base of high-effective and technological strain of Bacillus thuringiensis 0239 there was created a technology for laboratory getting of biopreparation with keeping term about one year. High effectivity of biopreparations towards to maggot of Lepti notarsa decemlineata in early age and Barathra brassicae was demonstrated in laboratory, field and processing experiments. The enthomocide effectivity of the biopreparation came to 85 - 98%. It was found out that the preparation of B. thuringiensis 0239 in con-centration of 0,5 - 1,0% did not make any toxically effect on bees. The new introduction - new biopreparation on base of Bacillus thur-ingiensis with keeping term about one year. The sphere of using - microbiological method of integration protection of plants.
