The dissertation is devoted to the development of the method of the prevention and suppression the fires in tanks with petroleum based on the use of pressure head bubbling of liquid by bubbles of bubble's gas in the mechanism of intensive cooling of its superficial layer and production of steady insulating suds of a layer. On the basis of system analysis of basic interactive of a fire, mathematical modeling, theories of planning the experiments, mathematical statistics and processing of experimental data the block diagram of system fire safety, experimentally comparative mathematical model of process the suppression of a fire has been developed, mathematical dependences allowing to receive a quantitative estimation intensity of cooling the superficial layer of liquid and speed of increasing the liquid insulating suds of a layer from the charge of bubble's gas have been offered. The method of account basic conditions, design and design data the system of fire safety and recommendation have been develope d out at the choice of their rational meanings
