Kozyakova N. Heavy metals (Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn) ecotoxicity influence on "soil-plant" system in the conditions of Ukrainian Forest and Forest-Step zones.

The investigation object is the Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn ecotoxicity properties and their influence on Forest and Forest - Step zones agrocenosises function. The investigation purposes is ecotoxicity assessment of the Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn pollution of the Ukrainian Forest and Forest-Step zones "soil-plant" system. It was used think layer chromatography method; soil oxidoreductaze activity have been determined by Galstyan A. S. method; statistic methods. It was determined the Cd, Pb, Cu, Zn toxicity soil concentration diapasons for spring barley and soil oxidoreductazes; it was shown the Heavy Metals migration dynamic in soil profile; it was fined the level of connection between spring barley phytoproduction and Heavy Metals properties.
